My dad was the strongest man I have ever known. Throughout his fight with this horrible disease he never once complained.
He was diagnosed in 2000 with a spot on his face and had it removed surgically. He never knew what hit him when in May of 2007 he had a seizure and found that it had travelled to his internal organs, and ultimately died 8 months later due to his brain.
He is my strongest inspiration to this day as I myself fight the melanoma battle.
