My mom was diagnosed with melanoma on Jan 25, 2012. She had no signs at all! She had a seizure at work, and when they did a scan of her head, they found tumors and did scans elsewhere and found them everywhere. They did a biopsy of one in her lungs, and it came back as melanoma. No known source. She was not a tanner and always wore sunscreen.

Such a sad ending for her! And her three kids and two grandkids. She died July 16, 2012, 9 days after her youngest son’s wedding!
