Amy was many things to many people: a daughter, sister, aunt, friend, teammate, and high school teacher and coach. Amy was an Idaho native and stellar athlete who lead a healthy active lifestyle and loved being in the great outdoors. She was diagnosed with Stage IV melanoma in July 2011 and passed away at the age of 29 from complications related to melanoma at the end March 2012.
In addition, Amy was a 4-year letter-winner for the Boise State Women’s Soccer team, playing defense for the Broncos from 2000-2003. Her impact was felt throughout her 4-year career as she currently sits eighth on the Boise State career list for games played with 73. Amy is survived by her parents Kevin and Virginia Dunn, brother Eric, nephew Donovan, and nieces Ziah and Karrigan.
Amy’s life is still making a difference here on earth and will continue to! We love you AD #7 & #14! GETitDUNN!
