My mother was diagnosed in 2009 with Stage III melanoma cancer on the arm. She underwent many surgeries and treatments. She never gave up and encouraged others not to either. I fought long and hard to get her proper care. Even a few agreement with staff due to lack of care. NO family should have to question what’s right for their loved one the way I did. I had to do research just so I could know they were doing what’s right. From the beginning their first reaction was it was not nothing to we need to remove it.
My mother left three children, Lisa and Taylor, all in the 20s and one 19. She also has one grandchild. She was brave and what I called my super mommy. I was her angel so she says, but I feel she is now mine. Love you, Mommy. Aka Peewe
