My father had melanoma taken from his leg and then given a clean bill of health. Three months later he was in the hospital and was told he had brain tumors that were secondary to his melanoma. He was given radiation therapy but to no avail and was given two weeks to live.
He battled on for 7 months, with constant headaches, joint and muscular pain. Dad never complained and enjoyed his last months of life with his family and friends around him.
There are some fantastic memories of my dad not only through my eyes but so many people he connected with.
I love you dad, you’re always in our hearts.
